Party plans

We have figured a theme for Bub's party. Monster Tucks. I'm sorry, I can't see paying $3.99 for 8 invitations? They get thrown away. I like to cut corners when I can. So I found these , perfect and free. I still don't know how to make my link into the words of my choosing. Anyone? Fixed that problem. Yay, I'm soooo savvvvy.

We are not having tacos. That's more work than I wanna do on a possibly hot day. So, Little Caesar's $5 pizzas it is. No pinata, no goodie bags, just the jumpy, cake, ice cream, and pizza. Is that cheesy? I refuse to stress myself out over these birthday plannings. It gets overwhelming.

We have since gotten a call to discuss Bub's MRI results. The date is set for June 6th.

Oh, I'm out of a job the end of June. I have NO IDEA what. the. fuck. I'm gonna do. This sucks serious ass. I'll have to write more about this tomorrow, time to ska-daddle.

"Are you gonna spend it at the casino?"

I'll refer to K, as Kat from now on and J, will be Bub.

She makes me friggen laugh. I walked into the livingroom and she tells me that Bub was drawing with the stinky (sharpie) pen. As I was looking for permanent marks I found a paper that she was drawing ticket-stub-looking things. She fessed up to using the sharpie. The pen had gone thru the paper and stained grandma's tv tray. I had her wipe the marks with a wippee, she realized that wasn't working. Her and grandma had a sit down to figure what to do next. Grandma had some cleaner that took it right off, and for her cleaning time she was charging Kat $1. Kat looked puzzled, and asked "are you gonna spend it at the casino?" Grandma is really good at keeping a straight face, I am getting better, but I had to turn my head.
I 'm thinking the casino remark is from a few months back, Kat had given all her quarters to Grandma in exchange for dollar bills. She was heading to the casinos in Vegas. And being considerate, she wanted to know if she'd like a dollar bill or change. Too funny.

My life at a glance

K is 6 and J is to be 3 on the 28th of this month. Ideally he'll have a themed party, not sure what yet. Gonna get a jumpy house to keep the kids entertained, those things are awesome. I think we'll be having tacos, the weather's been really nice lately. It starts at 3pm and ends whenever. The adults hang and the kids play till bedtime.

Our party's usually go for most of the day. We like to get the party going, presents, cake, playing...not in that order. I don't have an order. "Should we do presents or cake first"? Which is it??? I dunno.

We are all happy and healthy, well we are still waiting to get an appointment to further discuss J's MRI results with a pediatric neurologist. At least he doesn't have a tumor or any vascular abnormalities. Whew!
